I was very pleased with my experience with this company! from ordering the product to it was delivered!! the scooter is super fast and so well built!! I recommend buying one! the company rep. was most helpful and keep me up to date with the progress of the build and shipping status! I highly recommend buying products from them!!

Customer service fantastic!! They've been in contact with me often, despite being in the UK have worked around my hours surprisingly. extremely helpful and has been helping me troubleshoot my scooter in dept. Honestly fantastic! The ONLY complaint (and it's a very small one) was that the tyre on the motor that arrived had what looked like sand/gravel in the greased up area around the rim, however according to tracking, my order was temporarily confiscated by a government agency, so it's possible the package was opened and had sand spilt on it. in any case, I was able to remove most of it and I do not think it has damaged the product.
